STACIE & JJ PART I

Stacie and JJ were married in the San Diego Temple this past weekend. I was delighted to be their photographer. Their family and friends couldn't have been nicer and more thrilled about this couple's big day. Here is number one of my upcoming blog posts sharing my favorites from the event.

BECCA & STEVE PART II

Becca and Steve were really lucky. It was a beautiful 80 degrees and sunny on their wedding day. Not bad for August when it is usually super hot. I am very happy for both of them. They are such a sweet and thoughtful couple, and I know they have many happy years ahead. On a personal note, I have a tendency to take vertical shots more than horizontal. It is just how I see things. So, I was surprised how many horizontal shots I took here, and I really love them. Here are my favorites from this dreamy and perfect afternoon at the temple.

BECCA & STEVE PART I

Becca and Steve just asked me to be at the temple and take pictures of them there. Which of course I am happy to do, for your entire wedding day or for just a portion of it. I love to participate however much I can. This family was pretty great. They were so happy and supportive. I really enjoyed mingling with them and capturing their smiles. This post will be for family shots. Remember that posed family pictures can be almost painless if you have a former wedding planner as your photographer (which is me by the way in case you didn't know ;) ). I try and make it fun and most importantly FAST! I'll post the bride and groom pics soon.

MCKAYLA

Photogenic babies are the death of me when it comes to editing. I cannot choose my favorites. These aren't even half of the ones I really love. Little McKayla is a doll, and I had the greatest time taking her pictures. She even let my camera capture the full beauty of her blue eyes a couple of times by looking right at me. I loved how Mom and Grandma brought her favorite bear that was a gift from her great-grandparents. The pictures with the pink stuffed toy are especially adorable. Enjoy.
