My dad does crazy things all of the time. And one of the many recent crazy things is that he bought a red London double decker bus. I of course was totally into the idea because I couldn't think of a cooler back drop for pictures. When I went to check it out I was surprised that I hadn't thought of taking pictures in the back of my dad's huge antique store. I spend so much time thinking of awesome locations and that one was right under my nose the entire time. I love the outfits these girls are wearing. I told their mom that she could win a stylizing award for the shoot. These pics turned out so fun, I can't stand it!

For Lacey's bridals we headed out to Saltair. It was a beautiful night and I had so much fun taking her pictures. Lacey was up for anything I asked. For example, I have seen loads of pics taken by other photographers from out there, but I had never seen any pictures with anyone on these cool cement slabs. Lacey hopped right up on them, and then we discovered that each of the holes had one GIANT tropical sized spider living in it. I expected her to get down right away, but she posed it up for me in spite of the creepy crawlers. Anyway, here are some of my absolute favorites from the night.

Jade and Ava had matching sister dresses, and I can't believe how cute they looked together. Jade is a stunning young lady, and I had to catch my breath every time I took a picture of her. Little Ava was a bit hesitant at first to take a liking to me, but by the end we were good friends. When I got home to check out the pictures I could not believe how natural Ava was with her poses. In most of her pictures she was doing poses that I would normally tell a bride to do, but without me prompting her. A special thanks to Bear who also got some action in the shoot. Thanks girls for a lovely morning.

Remember the pregnancy pictures of Kristen? Here is that baby. Miss Linden was born on August 22. Her mother and I agreed that we just had to get some tiny newborn pictures of her in her adorable nursery. I have already warned Kristen that after seeing these pictures people are going to start copying her choice of painting a baby girl's room blue. It is just so cute. Congratulations to Lindi for getting such a great mom and dad. (BTW, Kristen made the adorable quilt with the pinwheel motif AND the baby bumper AND the baby! She can do it all!)
